António Maio became an inescapable figure in the motorbikes with four visits to first place on his Yamaha WRC. Roberto Borrego did what hadn't been done before, proving untouchable with eight first-place finishes in 10 years. This decade also saw the birth of the SSV races in 2017, which saw Rúben Faria become the inaugural winner.
